 Katzenstein Lecture
Katzenstein Distinguished Lecturer Dudley R. Herschbach, Harvard physicist and 1986 Nobel Laureate, 4 p.m., Biology/Physics 131. The annual Katzenstein Distinguished Lecture will be presented by Dudley R. Herschbach, 1986 Nobel Laureate in physics. His topic: "Molecular Collisions: From 'Warm' to 'Ultracold.'" A reception will be held at 3 p.m. in the lobby of the Biology/Physics Building.

 Fusco Lecture Fusco Distinguished Lecturer Jill Lepore, Harvard historian and writer for The New Yorker, 4 p.m., Konover Auditorium The 2009 Fusco Distinguished Lecture in History will be presented by Jill Lepore, who chairs the history and literature program at Harvard University and writes for The New Yorker. Her topic: "Poor Richard’s Poor Jane: Benjamin Franklin and His Ill-Starred Sister."
