Seth Kalichman

Professor of Psychology

Seth Kalichman, an NIH-funded AIDS researcher, has spent 20 years studying ways to prevent AIDS and help people access and take their medications regularly. His new book, Denying AIDS: Conspiracy Theories, Pseudoscience, and Human Tragedy, explores the AIDS denial movement. He is donating all royalties from the book to purchase HIV treatments for people in Africa.

AIDS denialists are similar to Holocaust deniers or 9/11 truth seekers, says Kalichman. The difference is that AIDS denlalists are hundreds of thousands of people to die. To learn more about his findings, listen to this podcast:
